Keepmoat Homes – Central Glasgow

Keepmoat Homes required a new modular 2-storey building to service the requirements of their NorthBridge Development in Central Glasgow. This is the largest regeneration project of its kind outside London with approximately 1000 homes being built.

The building provisions included open plan and individual office space, training rooms, canteen facilities, kitchen facilities, male, female and disabled toilet areas, reception space, storage rooms, covered external staircases, changing room and drying facilities.

The Northbridge modular building is a 2-storey steel building comprising of 44 sections. The time onsite in Glasgow to install this building was 19 days.
