The north inch golf course, in the heart of Perth city required a new clubhouse for its club members. The new clubhouse was replacing an existing, tired building to improve facilities for both staff and golfers.
The building provisions included seating area inside and out as well as reception space, kitchen facilities and an accessible toilet. The building was required to meet Scottish building regulation and has since been timber clad to meet the customers desired atheistic. With this course being one of the oldest courses in history be sure to pop down and try the full 18 holes on green.
The time on site to install was 1 day.
